Colleen Culkin

Colleen Culkin is a seasoned professional in people operations with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations & Workplace at Algolia since July 2021, Colleen previously held the position of Senior Manager of People Operations. Prior experience includes leading people operations at Sterling, a company specializing in background and identity services, from August 2018 to June 2021, and earlier roles at Broadridge and Willis Towers Watson, focusing on employee benefits. Colleen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics from Loyola University Maryland and is currently pursuing further education at Monash University.
