Praagya Joshi is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Algolia since January 2019, Praagya leads multiple teams focused on user onboarding, monetization, and churn, successfully launching new billing plans and process improvements. Prior roles at Algolia include Engineering Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer, where Praagya played a key role in organizational transitions, mentoring, and developing efficient systems that significantly optimized performance.
