Steven Hwang

Steven Hwang is a Senior Data Scientist with extensive experience in data science and machine learning. They earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington after completing a Master's and Bachelor's in the same field. Steven has held positions at IBM and ByteDance, where they led projects addressing complex data science problems, and they currently work at Algolia focusing on customer and product data science. Previously, Steven served as a teaching assistant at the University of Washington and interned at various tech companies, including Nike and Intel.
