Jerry Kurtz

Jerry Kurtz has a strong background in software architecture and development, with experience spanning over 20 years. Jerry started their career at Exact (Macola) in 1996, where they served as a Team Lead for application development. Jerry was responsible for the design and development of Macola's first eCommerce tools and managed internally developed applications, including public-facing websites and customer portals.

In 2002, Jerry joined OHIC Insurance Company as a Software Architect and Team Lead. Jerry played a crucial role in managing the company's internal systems related to policy management, claims, and financials. Jerry also handled integrations with third-party solutions such as FiServ Accounting.

In 2007, Jerry worked as a Software Architect at RealtyLoan.org, focusing on the development of core applications that facilitated the connection between home buyers and mortgage lenders. Jerry was responsible for building web sites for realtors and developing systems to collect borrower applications and process them against credit reporting agencies.

From 2008 to 2014, Jerry worked at Fine Line Graphics as a Software Architect and IT Director. Jerry designed and implemented custom software solutions for managing the operations of a printing manufacturer. Jerry'srole also included integrating with third-party applications such as Exact Macola ES for accounting and logistics services.

Since 2014, Jerry has been the Senior Director of Application Development at Algorithm, Inc. Jerry primarily focuses on changes needed to the core ERP system Acumatica, including screen modifications, integrations with other systems via REST APIs and Web Services, building custom modules in the Acumatica xRP platform, developing custom mobile applications, and migrating legacy ERP packages.
