Michael Oswalt

Michael Oswalt has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Michael started their career in 1981 as a Cost Accounting Manager at Ideal Electric Company, where they worked until 1988. Michael then joined Tech Form Industries as a Controller from 1988 to 1990. In 1990, Michael became the Chief Financial Officer at Red Head Brass until 1993. During this time, they also took on the role of Partner at Hairston & Oswalt, CPA's from 1990 to 1994. Since 1993, they have held the position of President and CEO at Algorithm, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in ERP and business intelligence.

Michael Oswalt attended North Central State College from 1980 to 1985, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting. Michael then pursued further education at Ashland University from 1985 to 1989, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance and Business.
