Algorithma
Simon Althoff is a Data Science Consultant at algorithma since September 2023, focusing on assisting companies with AI and Data Science initiatives. Previously, Simon conducted research on machine learning methods for probabilistic forecasting as a Master Thesis Student at the same company from January to June 2023. Simon gained experience during a summer internship in 2022 at Volvo Autonomous Solutions, where independent work involved surveying tools for optimal control in cloud environments. Prior roles include summer positions at Beijer Byggmaterial AB as a Store Salesperson and Warehouse Salesperson and a year of voluntary military training with Försvarsmakten as an Army Recon. Simon began a career in retail as a Store Clerk at Byggmax AB from 2016 to 2017. Simon holds a Master of Science in Engineering Mathematics from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and participated in an Erasmus exchange at Technische Universität Graz.
