Frederic Demaison

Frederic Demaison currently holds the position of Directeur Technique et Amélioration Continue at Algo - Groupe AS since September 2021, where responsibility includes overseeing methods, process improvements, and information systems optimization, as well as leading the implementation of internal workshop strategies. Prior to this role, Frederic worked as Directeur de production at Algo - Groupe AS from March 2007 to August 2021, focusing on the development of internal and external manufacturing, team structuring, and supply chain management. Frederic's career also includes experience as Chef d’équipe at MMD - Groupe Tolomei, managing production quality and delivery timelines, and as a stagiaire at both Louis Vuitton and COMPAGNIE MADRANGE, where contributions involved industrial design and quality planning, respectively.
