Joni Karsikas

Joni Karsikas is an experienced investment professional currently serving as Investment Director and previously as Investment Manager at Tesi since January 2017. In addition to these roles, Joni Karsikas holds several board observer positions at companies such as Algorithmiq, Unikie, Oura, BCB Medical Ltd, BC Platforms, Veri, Mekitec, and Matchmade, contributing extensive expertise in the investment landscape. Joni Karsikas also served as a board observer for NewIcon until April 2023. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on Cost Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, both from LUT University.
