Raul Marco Guardiola

Raul Marco Guardiola is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the fintech and data architecture sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Algosoftware since March 2022, Raul oversees the development of a SaaS product that utilizes reinforcement learning algorithms. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at PagoNxt, where focus was on cloud-native applications, and various engineering and architectural positions at Santander, including leading projects in e-commerce lending and data architecture. Raul began their career with technical roles at Accenture and Ibermatica, building foundational expertise in systems development and analysis. Raul holds an MBA from OBS Business School and bachelor's degrees in Computer Technology from two different universities.
