Aaron Li is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in customer service, data science, and artificial intelligence research. As a Guest Services Associate at Dow Gardens, Aaron managed high volumes of customer interactions and financial transactions while resolving conflicts to enhance customer satisfaction.
