Heidi Wisbach

Heidi Wisbach is a seasoned professional in strategic accounts and business innovation, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Algoworks since April 2025. Previously, Heidi held the role of Senior Vice President at FROM, The Digital Transformation Agency, and was Vice President of Business Innovation at Moving Interactive. With extensive experience in customer data management, innovation strategy, and customer experience transformation, Heidi has also owned and managed Action Pathways, focusing on strategic innovation portfolios. Early career roles included management positions at Capgemini and Ernst & Young, where expertise in customer relationship management and market research was developed. Heidi holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Trinity College-Hartford.
