Bob Sisson

Bob Sisson has over 17 years of experience in the technology industry. Bob began their career in 2002 as a Principal Engineer at Pitney Bowes, where they were the Key Management Systems Team Lead. Bob then became the Core Team Leader for USPS Kiosk and the Security and Privacy Team Lead for Mailstream One System Meter. In 2010, they joined NCR Corporation as an Engineering Director and Technical Specialist. At the same time, they became a Principal at Cryptographic Applications Development, providing consulting services for information security, data privacy, and application development. In 2016, they were hired by Finalsite as their Director of Information Security and Software Engineering Manager. Currently, Bob Sisson is a Senior Principal Consultant at Aliado Solutions, LLC.

Bob Sisson has an extensive educational background. Bob obtained a BS in Physics and Computer Science from Denison University between 1979 and 1983. Bob then went on to get an MS in Physics from the University of Connecticut between 1984 and 1986. Bob has also obtained a number of certifications, including a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in September 2010, a Certified GDPR Practitioner in November 2017, and a Splunk Accredited Consultant in April 2019. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Splunk, Imperva, and Cribl, including Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect, Splunk Accredited ITSI Implementation, and Level 2: Cribl Certified Observability Engineer (CCOE) Stream Admin.
