Ben Hui

Ben Hui has extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Head of CDC at Alibaba Group since September 2014. In this role, Ben is responsible for all talent acquisition efforts within Alibaba's core domestic e-commerce sector, including prominent platforms like T-mall and Taobao. Prior to that, Ben held various positions in global talent acquisition at Alibaba, where notable contributions included the establishment of the Alibaba AI Team and collaborations with top university labs in China. Previously, Ben worked at Taikang Pension & Insurance Co., Ltd as an Organization Development Supervisor and at Onxion Consulting Co., Ltd in managerial and consulting roles. Ben's career began with an internship at Wuhan Government, supporting government operations and civil affairs. Ben holds degrees from Hubei University and the University of International Business and Economics.
