Mr. Chen is currently involved in organizational development at Alibaba Group after previously serving in various HR management roles at PingAn Group and PingAn Bank. They held positions such as HR Manager in both employee services and talent performance management, and served as a strategic planning manager at PingAn Bank's head office and Guangzhou branch. Additionally, Mr. Chen contributed as an outstanding lecturer at Pingan University from 2015 to 2019. They earned a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick between 2006 and 2008.
