Claudio Bergonzi

Claudio Bergonzi currently serves as the Director of Global IP Enforcement at Alibaba Group, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Bergonzi was the Senior Manager of Global Brand Relations EMEA Lead at Amazon, where responsibilities included coordinating teams across the EMEA region and fostering strategic partnerships in brand protection. Prior to Amazon, Bergonzi was the Director General of INDICAM, the leading Italian association for intellectual property protection, and held various roles in business development and marketing at companies such as OOO Overinternational Russia, Mach Lock International, and Microsoft. Bergonzi holds a law degree from Università degli Studi di Milano.
