Previously, Fay held several roles at Tengen Group from July 2011 to April 2015, including Performance and Compensation Manager and Recruiting and Employee Relationship Manager. Fay also worked as an HR Business Partner at Sanpower Group from November 2016 to March 2017. Fay holds two Bachelor’s Degrees from Xi'an Jiaotong University, one in Finance (2009-2011) and another in Labor and Social Security (2007-2011).
