Fred Zhang is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud computing and software engineering. Currently serving as a Cloud Native Solution Architect at Alibaba Group since July 2014, Fred has previously held key positions at Huawei Enterprise as a Cloud Computing Solution Architect and at IBM as a Staff Software Engineer. Earlier in the career, Fred was a Member Technical Staff at Alcatel-Lucent. Fred holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Northwestern Polytechnical University, with studies completed between 1997 and 2004.
