James Sung has extensive experience in the e-commerce and retail sectors, currently serving as the Head of Category for Health, Fashion, and Pet at Tmall Global ANZ since October 2016 with Alibaba Group. Prior to this role, James held the position of Business Development Manager at VIP.com from August 2015 to October 2016 and served as a Senior Merchandise Manager at Natures Care between January 2014 and August 2015. James holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, obtained from 1995 to 1998.
