Jesse Yang has extensive experience in program management and technology development, currently serving as the Head of PMO & Technology Development in the CTO Office at Alibaba Group since March 2018. Prior to this role, Jesse worked as a Senior Program Manager at iQIYI.com from February 2016 to February 2018, leading the PMO team. Jesse's earlier career includes positions as a Program Management Analyst and Project Manager at Microsoft from April 2014 to January 2016, as well as experience as a Project Manager and Software Engineer at 诺基亚 from August 2010 to April 2014. Jesse holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Beijing University of Technology.
