Lisa (Lisha) Xu is the General Manager of Tmall Baby at Alibaba Group, a position held since 2017. Prior to this role, they served as Head of Business Development at Iconix Brand Group from 2016 to 2017 and worked at Li & Fung Limited in various business planning management roles from 2011 to 2013. Lisha also gained experience as an Assistant Risk Manager in futures and options trading for agricultural commodities from 2005 to 2011. They hold an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in MBA at Peking University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Economics from the University of International Business and Economics.
