Long Bai

Long Bai is an Algorithm Expert at Alibaba DAMO Academy, where they focus on artificial intelligence applications in medical image computing, human-robot interaction, and surgical data science. They are pursuing a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong while also serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Long has gained research experience through internships at various institutions, including the University of Miami and Beijing Institute of Technology, and has held research affiliate roles at the Munich Center for Machine Learning and TUM CAMP. They have participated in multiple academic programs, including visiting Ph.D. studies at the Technical University of Munich and the University of Sydney.
