Lu Hu is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in service experience design and industrial design. Currently serving as the Service Experience Design Manager at Alibaba Group since October 2019, Lu Hu previously held the role of Service Design Manager at Shanghai Chunmi Electronics, where expertise in user insights and service development was applied to smart kitchen devices. Past positions include Design Consultant at Audi of America, Design Leader at Pegatron, Senior Industrial Designer at ASUS, and Industrial Designer at Y Design. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Strategic Design from Aalto University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industry Design from Jiangnan University, complemented by a program at Stanford University.
