Lynn Dong

Lynn Dong has significant experience in the e-commerce and international business sectors. Since March 2013, Lynn has served as the General Manager of Import Business at Alibaba Group, overseeing various initiatives including Tmall Global, a leading import e-commerce platform in China, and the establishment of a cross-border e-commerce supply chain. As a founding member of Tmall Global, Lynn played a key role in developing overseas partnerships and creating a global supply network. Prior to Alibaba, Lynn led the International Market team at Alipay.com, focusing on introducing innovative payment solutions to facilitate overseas purchases for Chinese consumers. Earlier experience includes serving as Director at Rideo International Legal Services LLP, providing legal advice to the Asian community in the UK. Lynn holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Change and Development from Alliance Manchester Business School.
