Merina Chen

Merina Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial processes and management. Currently serving as the Process and BPO Management Lead for AIDC & Lazada at Alibaba Group since June 2023, Merina is responsible for managing finance cross-functional processes and BPO management. Prior roles include SSC Manager at Air Liquide from February 2022 to May 2023, Accounts Payable Manager at FrieslandCampina from March 2017 to February 2022, and AR Training and Operations Lead at IBM from March 2007 to March 2017.
