Mike Hou

Mike Hou is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving at Alibaba Group since March 2021, Mike previously managed the Video Meeting Product Team at RingCentral from May 2015 to March 2021, where responsibilities included product roadmap planning, backend design, and user experience. Prior to that, Mike was the Manager of Sales Engineering at Yealink from April 2011 to May 2015, successfully establishing a global SE team and securing significant projects with major companies such as Verizon and DTAG. Mike also co-founded the product team at Yealink, contributing to the development of various products including wireless DECT phones and video conference systems. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering from Taiwan Dong Hwa University.
