Ou He

Ou Ou is currently a Chip Backend Design Expert at Alibaba Group, a position held since 2020. Previously, Ou worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from 2016 to 2019 as a PMTS and chip design specialist, and at Pinecone Electronics as a Chip Backend Engineer in 2015-2016. Prior to that, Ou served as a Chip Design Engineer at IBM STG from 2011 to 2015, focusing on chip clock design and physical design. Ou earned a Ph.D. while studying at Tsinghua University from 2006 to 2011, where the research centered on EDA floorplanning and placement as well as high-level synthesis. Additionally, Ou was a visiting student at the University of Texas at Austin in 2009-2010.
