何兵权

兵权 何 is currently the Executive Dean at the New Business School of Alibaba Group, a position they have held since 2019. They previously served as the Deputy General Manager of Alibaba Cloud University from 2017 to 2019, and as the Training Director at Taobao from 2011 to 2017, where they led various high-profile programs. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Training Supervisor at Foxconn from 2007 to 2011 and as a Counselor at Zhejiang Wanli University from 2004 to 2006. 兵权 何 is pursuing a Ph.D. in Labor Economics and Human Resource Management at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and holds an MBA from Northwest University along with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Changjiang University.
