Rafter Wu

Rafter Wu is the AIDC Group Head of AML Policy & Assurance and MLRO at Alibaba International Digital Commerce, where they are establishing a comprehensive AML framework for fintech operations across APAC and LATAM regions. Prior to this role, Rafter served as the SVP and Head of AML for BNY HK at BNY Mellon, overseeing AML controls and engaging with regulators. Rafter has extensive experience in Financial Crime Compliance, with a previous position as a Senior AML Manager at Ant Group. They also held various compliance-related roles at HSBC, contributing to the development of compliance standards and monitoring frameworks.
