Run Chen

Run Chen is currently serving as the New Business Sr. Manager at Alibaba Group, where responsibilities include leading the overseas logistics strategy and defining the Out of Home delivery strategy for the Spain e-commerce market. Prior to this role, Run Chen co-founded and worked as COO at MOVO, focusing on reshaping urban mobility solutions. Experience includes serving as Head of eFleet at Cabify and co-founding Volomy, where efforts centered on supporting sustainable tech companies through operational scaling and cross-cultural relationship building. Earlier career steps include working as an Integration Engineer at Ericsson and completing an IT consultant internship at everis. Run Chen holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, an MBA from Beijing Institute of Technology, and participated in an exchange program at Politecnico di Milano for Telecommunication Engineering.
