Shalin Wu is a seasoned Senior UX Designer at Alibaba Group since October 2018, specializing in optimizing user experience for the Global Gold Suppliers Value-Added Services Marketplace. As the founder of DUMUDesignLab since May 2013, Shalin has provided strategic design services to over ten clients globally across various sectors, including healthcare, nonprofit, sports, and luxury tourism.
