Si Chen

Si (Cici) Chen is currently a Senior Manager in International Government Affairs at Alibaba Group and has over a decade of experience in journalism, public policy, and global affairs. They have previously served as a Journalism Intelligence Analyst at Mercor and worked at Newsy as a Video Producer, where they produced content focused on the Internet in China. Si was also a Researcher for The Associated Press, contributing to award-nominated investigations, and has been involved in various educational roles, including a Teaching Assistant position at the University of Chicago. Si holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and dual bachelor's degrees in Journalism and Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
