Tony Pan has extensive experience in government relations and business development. Tony served as Chief Representative for the Chengdu Municipal Government San Francisco Office from January 2010 to November 2012, where responsibilities included sourcing investments for manufacturing bases and R&D centers in Chengdu across various high-tech industries. Subsequently, from December 2012 to March 2018, Tony held the position of Chief Representative at the Chengdu Hi-tech Zone Shanghai Office, facilitating business expansion for companies from Shanghai and abroad into the Chengdu area. Currently, Tony serves as Vice President of Government Relations and General Manager of the Southwest Region at Alibaba Group since March 2018, focusing on government affairs and strategic regional initiatives.
