Vincent Chen

Vincent Chen is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the technology and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Alibaba International Digital Commerce since July 2020, Vincent previously held key roles at Alibaba.com, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Staffing Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Symantec, where Vincent excelled as APJ University Relations Manager, managing strategic initiatives across multiple Asia-Pacific regions, as well as leading full lifecycle recruiting for R&D centers. Additional roles at Symantec included Staffing Manager and Principal Recruiter for North Asia. Vincent began a professional career at ManpowerGroup as a Consultant following the completion of an Economic Law degree at Southwest University of Science and Technology.
