Yao

Yao Ma is currently the Director of the Search and Recommendation Division at Alibaba Group, overseeing algorithms for local life searches. Prior to this role, Yao served as the Director of the Search and Recommendation department at Ele.me, where they built and managed the search recommendation system from the ground up. Yao's earlier experience includes working as a Data Mining Expert at Dianping, focusing on search and ranking algorithms. Yao began their career as a Software Engineer at Tencent and holds a Master of Computer Applications in information retrieval from the South China University of Technology.
