Yao Wang

Yao Wang is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Currently serving as Associate Director of Corporate Finance at Alibaba Group since May 2020, Yao has previously held key positions at China Renaissance, including Associate and Project Manager of Early Stage Advisory from July 2015 to May 2020. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Nomura International plc from August 2012 to October 2014, after completing a summer analyst role at the same firm in June 2011. Yao holds a Master in International Finance from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Information Systems from HKUST Business School. Additionally, Yao attended the University of Virginia in 2010.
