Yiwei Liu is currently a Business Intelligence Manager at Alibaba Group, leading the sales, operations, HR, and finance BI team for Freshippo (HEMA). Yiwei previously served as an Associate Director of Strategy at Ping An Technology and as a Data Engineer at McKinsey & Company, where they focused on helping clients achieve substantial improvements in performance. Earlier experience includes roles as a Data Scientist at Procter & Gamble and a Data Science Intern at Credit Suisse, along with expertise in electronic systems design from their time at Guangzhou Metro Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. Yiwei holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Systems Engineering from UCL.
