Mike Feldman has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Mike started their career in 1982 as a Store Manager at Buddenbrooks Bookstore, where they managed a busy bookstore and oversaw staffing and inventory management. In 1988, they joined IBID, Inc. as a Tech Support/Sales Rep/Sales Manager, where they sold turnkey and non-turnkey point-of-sales and inventory control systems to retail bookstores. Mike worked at IBID, Inc. for over two decades until 2010. Since 2010, Mike has been working at Alibris, where they initially served as a Client Services Representative. Over the years, they have held various positions including Seller Relationship Coordinator, Seller Solutions Supervisor, and Client Services Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Client Services at Alibris.

Mike Feldman attended Providence Country Day from 1974 to 1977, followed by Classical High School from 1977 to 1981. After completing high school, they went on to attend Boston University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
