Vitor Romano is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in digital product design and branding. Currently working at Alice since September 2025, Vitor previously served as Design Lead at Work & Co from April 2020 to September 2025, where design contributions were made for global brands such as Nike, TikTok, and Amazon. Prior roles include Senior Designer and Designer at Beldi, where Vitor managed comprehensive design initiatives for a wellness startup, and positions at MBaraka and Umdeum studio focusing on cultural and exhibition design, as well as branding projects. Vitor began the design career with internships at Tatil Design and PUC-Rio's in-house studio. Vitor holds a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, completed in 2017.
