My biggest strength is seeing what's already inside people that they've somehow forgotten—their resilience, resourcefulness, and ability to move through uncertainty without hesitation.

For 20+ years, I worked alongside leaders at global brands and co-founded a 7-figure digital agency in Sydney. My greatest passion was always supporting my team's growth. That led me to change my career narrarive from digital marketing strategist to Confidence Coach and certified NLP practitioner.

I've lived with imposter syndrome and the self-doubt that comes with it. I discovered it's not a confidence gap, it's an identity problem masquerading as a capability problem. When you're stuck second-guessing decisions, overworking to prove yourself, and holding back, it erodes your performance, leadership, and professional progression.

What gets me excited is helping people break free from that cycle. I believe there's a ripple effect; when one person steps into their light, it gives others permission to do the same.

Through 1:1 coaching and workshops, I use neuroscience-informed strategies and coaching techniques to help people make better decisions, back themselves, stop over-apologising, take action faster, adapt to change, work better in teams, and become better leaders.

I work with individuals and organisations. Whether you're looking to transform your own leadership or develop your team's capability and confidence, I specialise in breaking through self-doubt and the mental barriers that keep talented people and teams playing smaller than they are.
