Mike Moore

Mike Moore is the Director of Real Estate & Facilities Management at Alico. Mike previously worked as the SVP Retail Finance & Operations at Michael Kors from January 2008 to March 2021, and as the Director of FP&A at Polo Ralph Lauren from October 2002 to December 2007.

At Michael Kors, Moore led a team of over 25 employees for the North American retail division with over 350 locations and two websites. Mike was responsible for finance and store operations including strategy, financial planning and analysis, accounting, payroll, policy and procedures, omni-channel initiatives, in-store technology and store communications.

At Polo Ralph Lauren, Moore managed the global budgeting process for the $2 billion retail division. Mike worked with international finance departments, division presidents, merchandise planning and store operations groups to develop store by store and overhead operating and capital plans. Mike also oversaw the retail division’s $100 million capital budgeting, forecasting and reporting process, and collaborated with construction teams to keep spending under budget.

Mike Moore attended Boston College and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Mike Moore reports to John E. Kiernan, President & CEO. They work with Mary Molina - Director of Administration, Carisa Keller - Director of Sustainability, and Lindsay Krill - Director of Information Technology.
