Eric Davis

Eric Davis currently serves as the Head of Software and Bioinformatics at Alida Biosciences since June 2024. Prior to this role, Eric held multiple positions at PacBio from September 2021 to June 2024, including Associate Director of Software Engineering and Manager of Analytical Software Engineering. At Omniome Inc., from July 2020 to September 2021, Eric worked as Manager of Analytical Software Engineering and Senior Software Engineer. Eric also has experience as a Bioinformatics Scientist at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital from September 2017 to July 2020, and as a Bioinformatics Associate Scientist and Scientist at ArcherDX, Inc. from 2015 to August 2017. Eric holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder (2009-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Washington & Jefferson College (2005-2008).
