George Razook is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment banking. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Alidade Capital since December 2024, George previously held the position of 1st Vice President and Portfolio Manager at CIM Group, L.P. from August 2013 to November 2024, where oversight of CIM's Net Lease Funds was a key responsibility. George's career also includes roles as an Associate at TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. from August 2009 to July 2011 and as an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Deutsche Bank from June 2007 to July 2009. George earned an MBA in Finance and Management from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University, following an education at Groton School.
