Matteo Laterza

Matteo Laterza is currently the VP of Research at Aliena Pte Ltd, where Matteo also holds the position of Lead Propulsion Scientist. Before this, Matteo worked at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology as a Senior Research Fellow and as a PhD student focusing on Numerical and experimental investigations of a CAMILA Hall thruster cluster. Prior to their time at Technion, Matteo had an internship at Alta S.p.A. where Matteo worked on the preliminary design of a 20kW Hall effect thruster. Matteo holds a PhD in Space Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Università di Pisa, and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Università di Pisa.
