Chamika Mapitigama

Chamika Mapitigama is a skilled software engineer with a comprehensive background in eCommerce application development. Since January 2021, Chamika has been contributing to Aligent, focusing on creating fast, stable, and flexible solutions. Prior experience includes a senior software engineer role at Sprii.com, known as a leading online shopping destination for mothers in the Middle East, and a senior software engineer position at Netstarter, where expertise was applied in designing and developing eCommerce applications using Magento. Chamika possesses a solid foundation in software engineering, having developed dynamic web applications and participated actively in Scrum methodologies, code reviews, and mentorship. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Colombo School of Computing.
