James Baker

James Baker is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Group CFO at Alight Media since August 2019. With a robust background in finance and corporate advisory, James co-founded Artusi (Peckham) Ltd. in March 2014 and held significant roles including Head of Finance at RED BOX Group from May 2016 to December 2018, and SME Advisory at Liberum between September 2015 and June 2016. Prior experience includes an executive position at WK Corporate Finance LLP from November 2013 to August 2015 and serving as an audit supervisor at Wilkins Kennedy LLP from April 2011 to November 2013. James holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Surrey, attained between 2003 and 2006, and completed education at Lancing College from 1997 to 2002.
