Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith is an accomplished Client Manager II at Alight Solutions, where tenure spans from June 2017 to the present. In this senior role, responsibilities include managing relationships with some of Canada's top organizations to enhance employee services. Prior to this, Andrew served as a Client Specialist at Aon Hewitt from February 2014 to June 2017, earning the "Aon Gold Star" award in Winter 2017. Andrew's career began in the HR BPO division, and the transition to Alight Solutions followed the acquisition of Aon's division in February 2017.
