Charles joined Alight Solutions in 2017 as a Vice President, Senior Sales Executive, specializing in benefits administration. Over the years, they have successfully sold over $350+ million worth of benefits and HR outsourcing contracts. In their recent roles at Alight Solutions, they have focused on strategic account management, sales leadership, and driving creative SaaS-based solutions across the portfolio.
