Jay Drobbin

Jay Drobbin is a strategic and results-driven marketing and communications leader with extensive expertise in the field. They currently serve as Marketing Director at Alight Solutions, a position held since 2021. Previously, Jay held various roles including Director of Marketing at TIAA from 2011 to 2020 and Vice President of Marketing at ING from 2004 to 2009, among other positions. Jay earned an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Interpersonal Communications from Central Connecticut State University.
