Jenny Arnieri

Jenny Arnieri is a results-driven data and analytics leader currently serving as a Senior Manager of Analytics at Alight Solutions, where they lead the Health Analytics team and focus on delivering insights that integrate health analytics with digital enrollment behavior. With previous experience in the US Army as a Sergeant in the Finance Corp, Jenny also worked at Hewitt Associates and Aon Hewitt, where they developed benefits enrollment technology and leveraged tools like Tableau and Google Analytics. They are pursuing a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
