Currently, Katerina serves as the Director of Data Science and Engineering at Alight Solutions, having previously held a similar role at Aon. Katerina's career spans significant positions at various organizations, including UnitedHealth Group and Xerox, where they achieved notable accolades for innovation and leadership. Academically, Katerina holds a Ph.D. and multiple master's degrees from Penn State University and bachelor's degrees from the College of Charleston.
